Refund & Adjustment Policy

Because every piece is custom made to your exact dental impression, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues caused by an incorrectly completed mold. However, your satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind every piece we make.
Fit Adjustments
If your grillz do not fit correctly after receiving them, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a new mold kit at no charge and remake the piece to get the fit perfect. This service is included with every order.
Defects & Damage
If you receive a piece that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the piece at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if production has begun, a 25% restocking fee applies to cover materials already used. Once your mold has been received and production is complete, orders cannot be cancelled.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: mold kit fees once the kit has been shipped, custom engraving or design work, and any items that have been worn or used.
