Refund & Adjustment Policy

Every AYOPSYCHOO piece is custom made from your dental impression, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. We stand behind every piece we make, and the cover below applies to every order.

Fit Issues

If your grillz do not fit correctly after receiving them, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Remakes are reviewed case by case. Fit issues caused by an incorrectly completed mold are not covered.

Defects & Damage

If you receive a piece that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Verified manufacturing errors are covered and the piece will be repaired or remade at no cost to you.

No Refunds or Cancellations

Because production starts on your order, all payments are final. Mold kits, add-ons, custom engraving or design work, and any items that have been worn or used are non-refundable.
