FAQ

How does the mold kit work?
We ship a mold kit straight to your door. It comes with everything you need and step-by-step instructions. You make the impression of your teeth at home, mail it back to us, and we handle the rest.

Do I need to go to a dentist?
Nope. Our mold kit is designed to be done at home in minutes. No dentist and no appointment needed.

What metals and karats do you offer?
We offer 925 sterling silver and 10K, 14K and 18K gold. Gold is available in yellow, white or rose, at the same price for all colors. Every set is available with or without moissanite.

How long does it take to receive my grillz?
14 to 17 business days after we receive an approved, usable mold.

Can you do fully custom designs?
Yes. Custom work is at the heart of what we do. Reach out directly on Instagram @ayopsychoo or through our contact page and we will build your vision from scratch.

What is your return and adjustment policy?
All sales are final. Every piece is custom made, so we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. Fit issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Remakes are reviewed case by case. Verified manufacturing errors are covered.
